I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Kshitiz Saran and his entire team at Sarvodaya Hospital for the exceptional care and compassion extended to my 81-year-old father.

My father’s case was transferred from Gorakhpur after four days of hospitalization due to a stone lodged in the bile duct, causing him unbearable pain. Considering his advanced age, the situation was understandably very concerning for our family.

From the very beginning, Dr. Kshitiz Saran handled the case with remarkable patience, professionalism, and personal attention. His first priority was to make my father comfortable and counsel him at ease. He explained the condition, the treatment plan, and the possible situations that could arise during the procedure in a clear and reassuring manner.

What I particularly appreciated was that I was personally involved in every important discussion. Dr. Kshitiz took the time to explain all available options and possible outcomes, ensuring that we were fully informed before proceeding. This level of communication gave our family immense confidence and reassurance.

The care did not end with the successful operation. The post-operative care was truly exceptional. Dr. Kshitiz personally visited my father twice a day, and his concern for the patient's recovery was genuinely touching. His regular visits reflected not merely professional responsibility, but a sincere personal commitment towards his patient's well-being.

From an attendant's perspective, Dr. Kshitiz is remarkably approachable. Whether in the lift, corridor, or his chamber, he is always willing to listen and respond.
